American Karate Centers was developed to bring high-quality martial arts education to Ellington, Tolland, and surrounding communities. We offer karate classes for kids in CT for ages K to grade 12 . Our comprehensive, age-specific curriculum allows students to work both mind and body, learning transferable lessons aimed at enhancing their own unique goals and potential. DRAGONS
5-6 Years Old
Our Dragons curriculum is developed specifically for the physical, emotional, and social maturity of our Kindergarten and First Grade students.
The class structure consists of:

Understanding the concept of teamwork

It's so much more than just karate. They teach respect, discipline, perseverance and valuable life skills that extend far beyond the mat. As a parent, there is nothing better than seeing your child feel supported, encouraged and proud of their accomplishments. I also love how they incorporate fun games during lessons too and have fun gatherings for the kids and their families.
The patience, dedication and passion the instructors show truly make a difference. I'm so grateful my daughter gets to be part of such a wonderful karate family. I would absolutely recommend this center to anyone looking for a place where their child can thrive!
