DRAGONS
5-6 Years Old
Our Dragons curriculum is developed specifically for the physical, emotional, and social maturity of our Kindergarten and First Grade students.

The class structure consists of:

Understanding the concept of teamwork

Drills to develop self-control and self-discipline

Age-appropriate physical fitness, agility, & coordination exercises

Basic self-defense and forms training

EAGLES
7-11 Years old
The Eagles curriculum is designed to develop and expand on eight fundamental skills:
Teamwork, Discipline, Focus, Control, Memory, Balance, Fitness, and Coordination.

The class structure consists of:

Martial Art forms, foundational techniques, and basic self-defense concepts

Techniques taught in a safe, fun, and educational format

A focus on developing the whole athlete, with skills that transfer to other activities

Life lessons stressing the importance of total well-being, balancing mind and body

TEENS
12-16 years old
Class structure consists of routines using the three components of fitness:

Cardiorespiratory Endurance

Muscular Strength and Endurance

Traditional Martial Arts are presented in a format that enables the student to understand the theory behind the movement.


BLACK BELT TRAINING
7-12 years old
The Black belt training program is an advanced training program consisting of:

Board breaking

Weapons training
The Black Belt Training curriculum is designed to prepare our students for their Black Belt.


YOUNG MASTERS

This program is for Black Belts and those going onto second-degree, third-degree, and beyond.
This class consists of intensive training methods that include:

The focus of the weapons and sparring portion of the class is geared towards competition-level performance.
